What Is A Pre-Purchase Inspection?
(2-3 Hour Duration)
A pre-purchase inspection is performed before the potential home buyer closes on the property. It is a non-invasive, non-intrusive physical inspection of the property. It allows the buyer to view the homes overall condition and ensure that the parts of the dwelling covered in the standards of practice of a home inspection are working and are operable.
Many problems can be missed by the untrained eye so getting a pre-purchase inspection will ensure that the potential buyer won’t have any unexpected repairs that can add to thousands of dollars. It will give the home buyer an analysis of the property that will make their decision to purchase one without any surprises or regrets.
Do I Need An Inspection??
The short answer is, yes. Although the final decision is up to you, home inspections are insurance on your investment. When you are paying hundreds of thousands of dollars on a piece of property, you want to ensure that the property is safe, healthy and worth the money you’re paying for it. It is against the law for a property owner to lie about conditions of the home they’re selling. However, it is the avoided, omitted, or unrequested information that can be most damaging. There are some issues that cannot be determined by a surface evaluation. Home inspectors know where to look, what to look for and how to interpret vital clues that a potential buyer may never notice.

Who should attend???
At Third Eye Inspections we encourage the potential buyer to attend and walk through the inspection step by step asking any questions as we go. If you’re a first time home buyer, questions are encouraged and we will take the time to explain and answer any concerns you may have about any part of the home. The only silly question is the question not asked.
Exceptional customer service and professionalism is what we were built on and we will never sell anything short of complete customer satisfaction.
